One of the oldest musical groups of Chennai, Madras String Quartet, led by violin maestro VS Narasimhan, is performing in the city after a five-year gap. Organised by Goethe- Institut, the band will be revisiting popular numbers such as Mokshamu and Krishna Nee Begane. 7 pm on July 12 at the Goethe-Institut Auditorium. Details: 2833-1314.
