Experience the rich flavours of Tamil Nadu as The Raintree Hotel hosts a Chettinadu Food Festival, with a menu curated by Chef Pandi in association with The Bangala from Karaikudi. On May 25, the chef will conduct a one-hour masterclass, which will see him teaching participants different methods and tips to use while experimenting with Chettinad cuisine.
