Alliance Française of Madras pays tribute to French filmmaker Agnès Varda with one of her most popular award-winning documentaries, Les Plages d'Agnès. The film won the César Award in 2009 and celebrates the filmmaker, known for bringing about French New Wave cinema, as it traces her journey while exploring the most important areas in her life.
