Hosted by wine sommelier, Suryaveer Singh, the three-course meal will include Tomato and Cheese complemented by Donnafugata Anthilia Sicilia 2014, Crusted Fillet of Garupa or Pumpkin Gnocchi Souffle with Bibi Graetz Casamatta Bianco, among others.
