The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace’s Seasonal Tastes is hosting a Pahari Brunch bringing dishes all the way from Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Chef Vijay Bhandari from Uttarakand has curated the menu with traditional recipes from his hometown. Expect Anardana Chicken, Channa Gosht and Meetah Bhath, among others.
