All serum and sheet mask enthusiasts we are talking to you! Hyderabad is all set to get its first wellness pop-up, Beautyland, that will be held on August 11. Curated by Samhitha G Inturi and Sai Rithin Bikkumala, one can expect diverse labels from all over the world with a focus on Korean brands.
That apart, one can walk up to the make-up artists and dermatologists at the event who will guide you through products that suit your skin type. “It is a concept inspired by Beautycon Los Angeles. I happened to visit it during my first year in college and had made up my mind to curate something like this in India,” says Samhitha, 22, who recently graduated from Purdue University in Indiana. After she came back, she reached out to Rithin to collaborate on Beautyland.

The journey began around three months ago when both the Hyderabadis reached out to skincare and make-up labels around the world for the fest. “This one-of-a-kind beauty fiesta that will have some of the best brands under one roof, along with expert speakers, live make-up and hair sessions, music and cocktails as well,”says Rithin, 24. Samhitha herself is a follower of the seven-step K-beauty routine and thus has made sure to invite experts who can guide users about product layering. They will also be introducing their own label SQIN at the platform.
