For this 10-day food festival, the hotel’s culinary team will curate a host of delicacies in association with Mumbai based well-known writer, culinary expert and curator, Gita Hari. From Paanagam, Neer Mor, Sundal to seasonal favourites such as Thoran, Amma’s Potato Curry, Vatha Kuzhambu, Colocasia Mashiyal, Raw Banana Uppadayan, Pumpkin Puli Pachadi, Venn Pongal, this spread will also include a sumptuous spread of Sattvik desserts such as Paruppu Pradhaman, Nei Payasam, Semiya/ Rawa Kesari, Pal Payasam and more.
