Michelin star diner Yauatcha, the dim sum teahouse from London, is honouring the Chinese heritage by celebrating The Dragon Boat Festival, a metaphor for summer solstice across all three cities of its locations in India. The celebrations will include a month-long limited edition menu crafted to offer dishes that are traditionally eaten during the festival with Yauatcha’s contemporary touch. Besides the revved-up menu, there will be the aromatic and delicious rice dim sum, zongzi or glutinous rice wrapped in lotus leaves stuffed with vegetables, meats and seafood.
