The gourmets of Kolkata can relish the grand spread of savouries and sweet dishes from the land of the royals at the Taste of Rajasthan festival going on in JW Marriott, Kolkata. Being held at JW Kitchen, the festival showcases the exquisite Rajasthani cuisine starting from Daal Baati Churma to the traditional Laal Maas and Papad ki Sabzi. The menu will also feature signature specialties from all the major gastronomical hubs of the princely state, such as, Jodhpuri Murgh, Govind Gatta Curry, Ker Sangri ki Jugalbandi, among others. The festival menu has been designed by chef Bheik Singh of Jaipur Marriott Hotel, who has orchestrated several food festivals across the country and the world. Do try Ghevar and Mava Kachori from the dessert section. Gorge on the delicacies as you enjoy a Rajasthani puppet show or a ghodi dance.
