Tollygunge Club is hosting Ruhaniyat, a one-of-kind music festival that explores all forms of music in
Asia. The event will see performances by five different groups from India and Iran. While the first one is by Avdhoot Gandhi and the group Bharud and Abhang, the second act is an Indo-Iranian production called When The Heart Connects (Chaar Yaar). The other performances to look for are Fakirs and Mehndi Emami and Group from Iran, an enchanting glimpse of the Baul world by Parvathy Baul and qawwali by Chand Nizami and Group.
