If you appreciate good cinema, don’t miss Ich und Kaminski at the Goethe-Institut the coming Friday. Directed by Wolfgang Becker, the movie depicts Germany in the 90s  where art critic Sebastian Zöllner aspires to become famous by writing about Manuel Kaminski, a forgotten painter who was a pupil of Matisse and Picasso’s friend. The art critic has a full-fledged plan to take advantage of the reclusive artist’s old age and use him for his own benefits. But while on a tour of Belgium, he realises that the situation is not that simple.

When: April 26, 6:30 pm onwards

Where: Max Mueller Bhavan/Goethe-Institut
