Known for being peculiar, Hendricks’s Gin has blended the sumptuous tea ritual with the classic gin and tonic. And, it is inviting the gin lovers across the city to experience a refreshing set of cocktails, including a classic Gin & Tonic, Cucumber Lemonade, Gin Basil Smash and the Gin Buck. If that’s not unusual enough, how about a hot steaming teacup of Hot Spice Apple - a warm cocktail infused with the herbal and fruity flavours of nutmeg and apple?
And no afternoon tea is complete without a bite. Guests can sample a scrumptious collection of sweet and savoury, including canapés of Mushroom and caramelized onion, Heirloom Carpaccio on a bed of tomato pesto, Pumpkin soup, Wild rocket, avocado, berries drizzled with maple syrup salad, tropical coconut and berry banana smoothie bowls.
