Mumbai-based Olive Bar & Kitchen is collaborating with The Pontiac, a craft cocktail dive bar from Hong Kong that has been on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list since the inception of the awards in 2016. As part of this collaboration, The Pontiac is coming to Bandra with two of its bartenders - Tink Aira Chan and Arlene Wong - who will introduce Mumbai to six of its best-selling cocktails, including The Hobnail, Dope Slap, Snake Sour among others.
The bar will also be transformed to be in sync with The Pontiac's philosophy of inclusivity, featuring elements like neon lights, feather boas, and pride flags to create a visually exciting space with a strong message at its core.
