The Diving and Resort Travel Expo has pledged to use less plastic, welcoming everyone to join in being an environment fighter and save the amazing marine world, to preserve mother nature and planet earth. To advance this initiative, DRT has collaborated with environmentalist Adv. Afroz Shah to host a beach clean up drive in Mumbai on October 12, 2019.
Through this initiative, Mumbai will see relief during the monsoon floods with the removal of solid waste that chokes up the drainage system in the city. Also, lesser water pollution leading to the preservation of the ecosystem and the environment.
