A pop up under the stars, comprising some of the nation’s premium brands does offer ample distraction from the summer heat. The first edition of The SteppinOut Night Market in association with Akritti Elite and the Luxe Affair promises all that and a pleasant evening breeze. “With the new concept of the night market, we want to give people an experience of a lifetime,” says Safdhar Adoor from SteppinOut. After Bengaluru,  Hyderabad happens to be the second stop for the Night Market. 

Shop till you drop
Coupled with 20 luxury stores, there will be  30  flea market stalls to bring in a local flavour. “Given that the wedding season is upon us, we have stocked up on a trendy collection of bags, saris, clothes and so on,” says Sashi Nahata from Akritti Elite. Furthermore, additional high-end premium stores will be brought to the city by online luxury portal, Luxe Affaire.  

Brand wagon
Expect the Mumbai-based brand Monk Ford, known for handcrafted shoes for men to be all the rage with gentlemen who can shop for tassels, penny loafers, Oxfords and more. They can also check out Mumbai-based Dapper Homme travelling to the city for the first time. “We have an exclusive repertoire of shirts made in Egyptian and Giza cotton starting from `2,500. Also, expect to find accessories like cufflinks, lapel pins and ties,” says Kartik Kantharia, CEO  of the brand. Also first timer to the city, Rossoyuki, known for their beaded clutches are likely to find favour with fashionistas here as well. Among the city based labels, there’s Ozel Bir Say which offers a specialised collection of potlis, box clutches and gota jewellery. Some of the other top brands that will be showcased include Delhi-based Designer label Pero by Aneeth Arora known for eco-friendly fashion, Jaipur-based Gaurvi Mudgal whose designs include saris with intricate aari-tari and zardozi work, Gush Shoes and Accessories from Mumbai and so on.
