Kebab Diaries, that is on till Saturday, will treat you to an array of not just non-vegetarian but also vegetarian kebabs that will leave an unforgettable mark on your tastebuds. The festival’s extensive buffet encompasses authentic Lucknowi cuisines with an assortment of items like Subz Ki Galouti, a delicate kebab from the legendry kitchens of the Nizams of Hyderabad served with date chutney; Gilafi Sheek, bell pepper crusted minced lamb skewer glazed in tandoor; Kurkure Khumb, cheese and sweet pepper filled crispy fried mushroom to name a few. There will also be chicken and mutton biryani to pig-out with your favourite kebabs and you can savour the treats with buckets of beer and turn it into a grand feast.
