Sriracha
The Asian restaurant offers a special tri-colour dim sum menu all this month, specially curated by Chef Vikas Seth. The menu features dim sum coloured with the puree of carrot and spinach. Choose from Star Chicken Dim Sum filled with Sriracha mayo chicken, Schezwan chili and burnt garlic basil; Crescent Shrimp Dim Sum packed with fresh shrimp and gari, chili basil, and lemongrass chili. The Tricolor Vegetarian Dim Sum comes with a filling of black pepper chayote, water chestnuts and pak choi. The dim sum are paired with a Mint Chili & Rice Vinegar Dip. Across all outlets. Feast
This restaurant at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway will serve a specially-curated brunch spread with dishes that are synonymous with India. Expect Mutton Curry, Chicken Biryani, Street Food, Chaats, Chicken Curry, Kofta and more. Pair your aromatic meal with flavored soda and draw things to a close with their exquisite Indian sweets. The hotel will host Freedom Carnival, which is a celebration of all things India with an exotic brunch highlighting dishes from across the country at Salt Grill and Ministry of Food. In addition, there will be a live band, a special tariff on rooms for people checking in during the Independence Day weekend, and kids’ entertainment by a magician, tattoo artist, balloon artist, face painter and clowns.
