Chennai-based brand, The Table, now serves their decadent jar treats in Kochi

However, most of us haven’t had the pleasure of consuming Le Cordon Bleu London alumni chef Shriram Rajendran’s premium goodies which have undoubtedly elevated the concept.
The pastry expert—who sharpened his baking skills at UK’s Dorchester hotel and Chennai’s ITC Grand—has just begun to fly down his signature treats to our shores from a central kitchen. The goods are eco-friendly as each portion comes in a glass jar with a wooden spoon inside a paper bag.
“The brand was launched in 2015. Initially, we were a virtual delivery outlet and then became available in 150 restaurants within Chennai. We’ve sold over 5 lakh dessert jars so far. Currently, our products are also accessible in Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Puducherry, and the latest region is Kochi,” declares Shriram.
