Apple’s Airpods Pro is Apple’s latest addition to its Airpods series of wireless earphones. The third generation of earphones is priced at INR 24,900 sitting on top of the range above previously released Airpods 2. It is just an addition to the line-up and does not replace the existing variants.
The Airpods Pro sports a fresh design and for the first time offers silicone earplugs in three sizes (small, medium and large) to suit customer needs. This, however, has been become the subject of various memes online and seems to mimic a famous cartoon character Bellsprout.
The Airpods Pro also features a 'force sensor' which is used to control music playback. With an adaptive EQ, H1 chip and 10 audio cores which helps in real-time innovative Active Noise Cancellation which is adjusted two hundred times per second. The Transparency mode allows ambient noises and will be helpful in airports and on the road.
The Pro model has a battery capacity of 5 hours with 4.5 hours of listening time and 3.5 hours of talk time. It also has a sweat and water-resistant which adds to their functionality in the gym and outside.
AirPods Pro require Apple devices running iOS 13.2 or later, iPadOS 13.2 or later, watchOS 6.1 or later, tvOS 13.2 or later, or macOS Catalina 10.15.1 or later to be able to pair and stream.
