Assorted Veg Dim Sum Platter

When you love dim sums, it is possible for this humble delicacy to be a complete meal in itself. At the ongoing dim sum festival being hosted at Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, there’s no dearth of choice. Whether it is vegetarian, chicken, pork, seafood or even dessert that you are craving for, they’ve got it all!

Before the hero of the meal (dim sums) hit the table, the sauces steal the show. You may find yourself taking helpings of soy ginger and peanut, garlic scallion, chilli sesame, white onion and cilantro dips for how they titillate your taste buds. It only gets better when the vegetarian dim sums, Steamed Black Fungus, Baby Spinach and Wild Mushroom Dumplings and Broccoli Asparagus are served. Soft, chewy and light on the palate, these are sure to make you go for seconds.

The Four Treasure Tofu Bun is an intricately stuffed dumpling with colourfully arranged tofu. For those who love their surf and turf, the Barbeque Chicken Siopao has a distinct pungent flavour which lingers on. Pork lovers must try the Char Siu Baozi, Cantonese Barbeque Pork Bun. A rare delicacy would be the Peking Duck Dim Sum flavoured with star anise. Meanwhile, seafood enthusiasts can try out the Water Chestnut Shrimp Dumplings and Mix Seafood and Corn Shumai.
