A sprawling 2,300 square-feet space in the heart of Bengaluru is now the permanent residence of Address Home, the Delhi-based luxury home decor label. It’s taken almost a decade for the brand, which is already present in other cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Indore, Nagpur and Surat, to come to Bengaluru, but creative director and founder, Rajat Singhi points out that they waited to find the right space before making their way here. “The store is contemporary, chic and eclectic. Rough concrete floors, luxurious products and an open-plan ceiling ensure that the store is a study in contrasts,” explains Rajat.

Geared towards those with discerning taste, the products range from bed linen to tableware, wall decor, objet d’art, lighting solutions and bath essentials. The aesthetic they are known for, in their own words, is ‘irreverent luxury’ and we couldn’t agree more. Their products are sourced from all over the world and handpicked by a set of designers who look for a contemporary aesthetic that also makes a statement. “At Address Home, there is something for anyone who wants to love walking through his front door- affluent or aspirational, traditional or trendy. The common strings that runs through all of Address Home are inventive design and outstanding quality”, shares Rajat, whose family runs a home furnishing business that caters to international stores such as Harrods, Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus.

Look for antique-inspired yet modern porcelain dinnerware collections, German hand-blown glass vases, crystal chandeliers and handcrafted acrylic chairs from France. Quite naturally, their collection of bedspreads is one to make a beeline for.The plush bedspreads are crafted from fabrics such as velvet, faux silk and polysilk in teal, bright orange, canary yellow and gold - so nothing understated or subtle. Everything is designed to make a statement.

Rajat and his team are currently working on a festive collection that will be in store before Diwali.
