It is the season to be merry! And there’s no better way to get into Christmas spirit than with a cocktail. Try one of these specially curated cocktails inspired from the enchanted world of Hollywood that is bound to make Christmas a lot more magical!
Chewbacca Whiskey Hot Chocolate
Chocolatey and warm with just the right amount of whiskey to make you feel the kick. The drink is much like Han Solo’s best friend Chewbacca from the amazing Star Wars Movies who is known for hot headed but who also has a big heart -- and is unwavering in his loyalty to his friends. This warm fuzzy drink is just perfect for the Christmas setting!
60 ml Eclipse
1 cup milk
30 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon sugar
Coco powder for sprinkling
How to make it: Warm the milk in a pan, add the chocolate chips and sugar and heat it till the chocolate melts and dissolves. Pour in a glass and spoon over the eclipse. Layer the whipped cream on top and sprinkle some coco powder. Serve warm with ginger bread cookies!

30 ml Eclipse Whiskey
60 ml coffee
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
How to make it: Shake coffee, eclipse and sugar in a shaker with some ice.

2 cups Sula Riesling
Zest of 1 big lemon
20 ml Elderflower Syrup
How to make it: Add Riesling, lemon zest and vanilla pod in a pan and heat. Do not bring to a boil.
Set aside till cool and the flavour of vanilla infuses. Mix the elderflower syrup, strain in a sparkling
glass and top off with Sula Seco. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
