This Republic Day add a cold twist to your celebrations with this easy to make tricolour mocktail by Chef Kapil Dubey, Executive Chef at The Den Hotel, Bengaluru. 

Ingredients:

Pineapple juice -60ml

Orange Juice – 30ml

Egg White – 30ml

Fresh Cream – 30ml

Method:

Add all the ingredients in a shaker and then add ice. Shake well. Strain the concoction in a glass. Garnish it with orange zest, lemon zest and cucumber and serve cold.
