Techie protests against Bengaluru traffic by riding a horse to work on last day

People celebrate their last days at work in a lot of different ways, and while it usually ends in a celebration a Bengaluru-based techie decided to take farewell days to a whole new level. Roopesh Kumar Verma, a software engineer travelled to work riding a horse on his last day.

According to various media reports, the techie was apparently taking out his frustration on the Bengaluru traffic travelled 10 kilometres on his steed from his residence at Mathikere to his office in Embassy Golf Links. The Bengaluru-based techie's went viral after pictures and videos of him riding a horse flooded the internet. The engineer who gave up his job to start his own start-up says he never knew that it would go viral and says he chose to ride the horse in protest against the Bengaluru traffic. 

Talking about the traffic in the very same interview, Roopesh said that resources should be pooled in to address the massive traffic problems in India. He also went on to add that Indians should strive to become leaders in MNCs instead of slogging it off as mere employees at various companies.
