Everyone loves a good hug. Studies show that the act of hugging is extremely effective at healing sickness, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and stress. As lovebirds across the world are celebrating Valentine's Week, we give you six hugs that we all loved watching on television.
1. Bear hug!
One of the most beautiful scenes from the 2003 animated movie, Brother Bear is when Koda, the baby bear and his mother share a “bear” hug. Who can say no to a bear hug on a tough day?
2. Cuddle buddy
We all love having a cuddle-worthy friend around. And who doesn't like the scene in Star Wars in which Princess Leia gives Chewbacca a tight hug?
3. Family hug
This hug between Riley and her family from the movie Inside has made the viewers emotional. Everyone could use a family hug once in a while. Don't you agree?
4. FRIENDS hug
Who doesn't remember this emotional scene from the last episode of beloved show FRIENDS? Isn't it a wonderful feeling when all your friends come together for a giant group hug?

One of the happiest scenes in Lord Of The Rings is when Frodo is reunited with his best friends after a long journey.
