Total Yoga’s Manish Pole and Neethu Singh will host a 70-minute masterclass focusing on chakras. 10 minutes is dedicated to each chakra, in an ascending order from the mooladhar to the sahasraar chakra. A day after the International Day of Yoga, Tao Porchon-Lynch, the renowned 98-year-old yoga guru, will conduct sessions at the Shangri-La Hotel.
