World Health Day is celebrated annually on April 07. On the special occasion, you can pledge to make small changes to your life to be healthier

Workout for at least 20 minutes everyday. Start by exercising at home and if you feel comfortable, get into proper training at the gym

Meet your hydration needs. Keep a 1L bottle and carry it whenever you go

Alongside a good diet, make sure you are loading up on important nutrients like Vitamins, Omega 3 and more via supplements

Get your greens straight! If you do not like to eat your veggies, make a smoothie and start your day with it

Another thing that you must practice is self care. Give yourself 10-12 minutes every day and follow a proper routine for healthy and supple skin

Last but not the least, meditate and practice silence everyday for 10 minutes. Focus on your breathwork either after waking up or before bedtime
