Actress Madhuri Dixit and filmmaker Karan Johar are gearing up for the release of Bucket list. Incidentally, this happens to be Karan’s debut Marathi production and also Madhuri's debut in the Marathi film world after over three decades of experience in Bollywood.
The film is directed by Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar. The film's trailer also shows Ranbir Kapoor in a cameo appearance in the film. Madhuri plays the role of a housewife from Pune who transforms into a feisty woman and goes on to accomplish her long wish list.
Madhuri in her statement said that doing a Marathi film was always on her bucket list, and further added that she was waiting for the right script to enter the industry. And Karan Johar said that the movie is very special for him since it is releasing on his birthday and that Dharma Productions should empower itself by showcasing its talent and ability in all language cinemas.
