Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia tied the knot with longtime boyfriend Angad Bedi on May 10 and the wedding was a celebration in typical Punjabi style, with several people from Bollywood making an appearance. While the reactions from parents are often ignored, Bishan Singh Bedi made quite the news for his tweet about the wedding because she thought “it was a bombshell of sorts”.
The former Indian cricketer immediately after the wedding called the marriage of both the Bollywood film actors a bombshell of sorts albeit a good one and gave his blessings to the newly wed couple. The actors have known each other for a long time and finally decided to get married in front of family and friends. Several Bollywood celebrities have wished the couple on Twitter, and it was Karan Johar who was the first one to break the news about their marriage on social media. Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor and Rannvijay Singha among others also sent across their congratulatory messages to the couple. .
While Angad Bedi will be seen in Soorma in June 2018, he has acted in several movies like Tiger Zinda Hai, Pink and Dear Zindagi. Neha Dhupia, on the other hand, is a former Femina Miss India title winner in 2002 and most recently won the Best Supporting Actress for her role in Tumhari Sulu.
