All Veg Menu at G20 Summit: Millets-based delicacies and varied local Indian food

As per media reports, world leaders and other delegates attending the G20 Summit will be served millet-based delicacies to celebrate the International Year of Millets

The guests will also be served dishes from different states. The list will include Dahi Bhalla, Bikaneri Dal Paratha, Jodhpuri Kabuli Pulao, Litti chokha of Bihar, UP special Jowar Dal, Odisha's Kesar Pista Rasmalail Tadka

Reportedly, ITC Hotels is catering for the two-day summit at Bharat Mandapam and for desserts they can expect Malai Ghevar, Mishri Mawa and Angoori Rasmalai
