Social media star, Bhuvan Bam, made his acting debut debut with Divya Dutta in the short film Plus Minus that released on YouTube on September 14. The film has garnered over 5 million views in less than 24 hours since its launch and is trending in the top 10 videos on the social media platform.
The story of Plus Minus revolves around two strangers who meet each other on a train journey and one conversation between them changes their lives. The title Plus Minus reflects the central idea that humans have to do plus and minus in relationships to make it work.
Director Jyoti Kapur Das who last gave the audiences the incredibly successful short, Chutney which till date has over 122 million views is back with this second short film. While Bhuvan is debuting as an actor, on the other hand, the National Award Winning actress Divya makes her short film debut with Plus Minus. Bhuvan is now officially India’s largest YouTuber with highest number of subscribers to his name with over 10 million loyal fans on his YouTube channel, BB Ki Vines.
The film is also the first official production under BB Ki Vines and has been produced by Guneet Monga, Achin Jain and Rohit Raj.
