After India clinched the first One-day International vs New Zealand in Napier, cricketers Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni were spotted riding the segway. In a video posted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Twitter, both Dhoni and Kohli can be seen enjoying a good time on the segway in Napier, on Wednesday. The tweet read, “Post-game shenanigans courtesy @msdhoni & @imVkohli. This looks fun.”
While taking a ride on a segway, Kohli was spotted sharing some fun moments with Khaleel Ahmed and Mohammed Siraj. Whereas for Dhoni was having fun in his own composed fashion.
"It was one of our most balanced performances. With the ball, couldn't have asked for anything better. When I lost the toss, I thought a score of about 300 par but the bowlers were brilliant. To get them out for 150-odd on this pitch was brilliant. Belief in his (Shami) abilities is key and as he said, the fast bowling unit is extremely confident of knocking any team out,” said skipper Kohli in the post-match presentation.
