Priyanka Chopra is enjoying the success of her recent film Isn’t It Romantic, however, after she recently launched the dating app Bumble, Salman Khan seems to have taken a jibe at the actor with a joke. At the recent promotions of his upcoming film Notebook, Salman was asked if he uses dating apps, and while he said he does not even have them on his phone, he wonders why Priyanka recently launched the app after her marriage.

Salman said it is surprising that Priyanka Chopra has launched the app after her marriage because he does not see a reason why she needs it now. Interestingly, while the statement seems like a joke, it comes at a time when Priyanka recently quit Salman’s film Bharat. However, while she was replaced by Katrina Kaif, Salman had said that he does respect her decision to not work in the film with him because she is busy working with a Hollywood actor. On the other hand, Priyanka had reportedly not done the film because she was set to get married to Nick Jonas. In an earlier interview, she had also said that she wants to preferably play the lead in all the films she works on and that is also said to be one of the reasons why she walked out of Salman Khan’s Bharat

While Salman Khan has launched Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl with Notebook, she has also lent his voice for the song Main Tare in it. However, he is also currently working on Bharat, which is set to release in 2020 on Eid. Priyanka, on the other hand, is busy with Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink and will soon start working on Cowboy Ninja Viking with Chris Pratt.
