New Delhi: Taj Palace, New Delhi, the capital’s landmark hotel is all set to host the second edition of 115 Years Charity Gala on Friday, August 9, 2019 in support of the Taj Public Service Welfare Trust.
The event will commemorate the momentous anniversary of India’s first luxury hospitality address, The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, the iconic flagship of The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL).
Built in 1903, The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai was a result of Jamsetji N Tata’s dream to usher in a new era in Indian hospitality and ensure that Bombay has an icon which could place it amongst the greatest cities of the world.

Founded by the TATA Group and IHCL in the aftermath of the unprecedented terror attacks on Mumbai in November 2008, the objective of the Taj Public Service Welfare Trust is to extend assistance to victims of terror, natural disasters, members of the armed forces and other services who demonstrate bravery in their line of work, and their families.
Inspired by the resilience of survivors and the courage of those who came to its aid, the Trust’s purpose is to reach out to people affected by adversities, both man-made and natural to rebuild their lives.
Over the past decade, the Trust has worked on a range of relief and rehabilitation initiatives across the country.
With its unparalleled confluence of art, entertainment and gastronomy, and the who’s who of the capital in attendance, the second edition of the 115 Years Charity Gala will truly be, an extraordinary evening with a noble cause.
