The album’s cover is designed by pop artist Peter Blake, whose work includes the classic Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band cover for The Beatles. Critics have stated the songs on the new album are true to the bands’ signature sound.

Some of their albums are My Generation (1965), The Who Sell Out (1967) and Who's Next (1971). The band is recognisable for songs such as My Generation, Baba O'Riley and Won’t Get Fooled Again. The current album features Daltrey and Townshend.
