This World Music Day, rock it like Bangla rock.
News@Bangla Bands promoting Bangla rock music will treat you to some non-stop music at their concert that will see nine bands from six districts of Bengal blowing your mind with their original scores.
In its third year, the concert promotes local bands and encourages fresh talents. The musical line-up this year includes Derrors from Nadia, Resonance from Kolkata, Silk from Murshidabad, Nakshatra from North 24 Parganas, Raiganj Rockers from Raiganj and Moving in Circle from South 24 Parganas. There’s more. Apart from the local bands who will enthrall you with their local beats, guest band performers like The Grooverz and Bad Trip and Shnuopoka will keep you entertained throughout.
Members of the famous bands like Lakkhichara, Bhoomi, Pota and Morudaan and more will be present to encourage the new talents and to make June 22, World Music Day a day to remember. Also expect Lopamudra Mitra, Joy Sengupta and others from the Bengali music industry to be present as guests.
