The Weeknd drops a new song, Heartless
Canadian R&B star Abel Tesfaye, better known as The Weeknd dropped a new song Heartless. This is the musician's his first new music since his 2018 EP, My Dear Melancholy.
Fans are speculating that the song may be a reference to his break-ups with pop star Selena Gomez and supermodel Bella Hadid, and his time post the break-up. The 29-year-old seems to be searching for some deeper meaning in life, but not too successfully. The lyrics go, “'Cause I'm heartless/And I'm back to my ways 'cause I'm heartless…Tryna be a better man, but I'm heartless/ Never be a weddin' plan for the heartless.”
The Toronto native took over the charts with his songs I Feel It Coming, The Hills, Can't Feel My Face, and Starboy. He has won three Grammy Awards, eight Billboard Music Awards and two American Music Awards.
