Ayesha Takia receives threatening messages, husband Farhan Azmi tweets for help

Bollywood actress Ayesha Takia is reportedly receiving threatening messages, according to a series of tweets by her husband Farhan Azmi to Mumbai Police on Tuesday. The tweets by Farhan state that his former business partner may be the one threatening the couple and women in Farhan’s family. 

According to several media reports, the tweets come after Farhan was recently accused of cheating by his former business partner, Kashif Khan after the latter filed a report with Bandra Police. Farhan has further gone on to accuse DCP Paramjit Singh Dahiya and said that he has ignored his calls and even refused to hear his complaints. Azmi has also tweeted saying that the DCP has illegally blocked Ayesha Takia’s account and is also plotting with the complainant against them. 

While the tweets are all out on the internet, a close source told the leading publication that the said litigant had got hold of Ayesha’s number and has been messaging her saying that she and Farhan will be in jail soon. He has also gone on to threaten Farhan Azmi’s sister who is seven-months pregnant.
