In a recent media interaction, actress Sonakshi Sinha said that her father, veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha, was highly impressed with her upcoming film Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi. “When I showed him the trailer, he loved it so much that he started asking me about the first part, Happy Bhag Jayegi. He was so impressed with the film that he invited director Mudassar Aziz home and they had a discussion over coffee,” said the Mumbai-based actress.
She also added that the yet-to-release romantic drama is so positive, that she doesn’t feel nervous about it. “Everything about this film has been very positive that has been instrumental in beating the nervousness. I am really excited that the film is finally releasing and everyone will have a good time and laugh,” she said. A sequel to 2016 Happy Bhag Jayegi, this film also stars Diana Penty, Jimmy Sheirgill, Ali Fazal and Jassi Gill and is set for release on August 24.
