Popular Hollywood comedian Eddie Murphy is expecting his 10th child with current partner Paige Butcher in December. This will be the couple’s second child together, as the 57-year-old actor as he already has two-year-old daughter Izzy Oona with her. The announcement was made by a representative of the actor after a photo of the couple surfaced on the internet showing Paige’s baby bump through a floral maxi dress.
According to reports, the American actor has nine other children with several partners over the years, with his oldest child being his son Eric Murphy who is 29-years-old, born to his former girlfriend Paulette McNeely. He also has a son Christian with then-girlfriend Tamara Hood. The actor first married American model Nicole Mitchell in 1993 before they divorced 13 years later in 2006. During the time, the couple had four daughters and one son before their split. Eddie went on to date English singer Mel B for a year before they split and it was later reported that he was the father, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, her second unborn child, at the time.
Eddie Murphy first shot to fame after he became a regular on Saturday Night Live and is also on Comedy Central's list of the 100 Greatest Stand-ups of All Time. He has received Golden Globe award nominations in 48 Hrs., the Beverly Hills Cop series, Trading Places, and The Nutty Professor.
