Koffee with Karan’s latest episode saw star couple Kajol and Ajay Devgn as its guests.
For the uninitiated, Karan Johar and Kajol, who have been friends for the past 30 years, recently had a fallout and Karan even wrote a chapter on that in his book, An Unsuitable Boy.
While during the show, Karan stated that they resolved all the issues between them, the director also apologised to Kajol for their fight.
He said that he regrets the bitterness he held for the actress. "I wish I could take that chapter out of my book. I have to say this on National TV but I am really sorry. I shouldn't have written that chapter," the film-maker told Kajol on the show.
The fight started when Ajay's Shivaay had clashed with Karan's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. The actor had accused KJo of bringing self-proclaimed critic, KRK to talk positively about his film and ridicule Ajay's movies.
