Chris Hemsworth goes traditional, shares video on Instagram wishing fans Happy Diwali

There is no doubt Chris Hemsworth is having a good time in India while filming for his upcoming Netflix drama Dhaka and taking it a step further, he has wishes all his fans on the occasions of Diwali. In the video, Chris can be seen wearing a blue kurta, with Randeep Hooda by his side. The actor sports a red tikka, assuming he took part in the puja for the occasion as he says, “Happy Deepavali everybody. We are here in India shooting and having a wonderful day. Namaste!". 

Chris is busy shooting with Randeep Hooda and Manoj Bajpayee for the film which is based on a kidnap extraction carried out by the Thor actor, in a role where he plays a mercenary named Rake. Chris has been sharing all kinds of stories and the last was him stuck in traffic but still being amused by it as he called it ‘Beautiful Chaos’. The Australian actor also shared a picture with children and fans while he was filming in Ahmedabad for the film and which he captioned,  "Beyond thankful for the kindness and generosity that the people of India have extended to us while making our little film here".

Dhaka is being directed by Anthony Russo and will be shot in two locations - India and Indonesia. While the release date for the film is yet to be revealed, it looks like Chris will be in India for a while.
