Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have set couple goals with their colour coordinated and grand outfits. In a recent video shared by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla on Instagram, the designer duo revealed that it took 16,000 men to make Deepika’s ivory and gold ensemble. “We have taken it a couple of notches higher for her. We decided to give her many drapes to carry. We even designed the jewellery for her especially. It has taken approximately 16,000 man hours to make up Deepika’s ensemble,” the video said.
The duo also said that they wanted to take it a few notches higher for Deepika and thus, had many drapes to the outfit. “We even designed the jewellery for her,” they added.
The video also shows details of how her dreamy and royal lehenga was hand-painted and embroidered with intricate designs and sequins.
Deepika and Ranveer will have another grand reception in Mumbai on December 1, which will be attended by their friends in the industry.
