Indian model and Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar recently said that she wants to do a superhero film. “I would like to do an action movie, and in which I am doing the action. I don't want to be a damsel in distress. I want to be a superhero,” said the 21-year-old, while talking to a leading media organisation.

Although nothing has been confirmed yet, there were reports that Manushi will star in Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar’s film. However, neither the model nor Karan have spoken about this. “I don’t have a production house, so I can’t tell you that when my film will come. In life, all things have come to me as a surprise and I didn’t have any plans to do films. So let’s see how it goes,” she added, when asked about her debut in films. Manushi has been seen sharing screen space with popular Bollywood actors including Ranveer Singh and Kareena Kapoor in ad campaigns.

After winning the beauty pageant, Manushi is now back to completing her graduation in medical sciences. “People can come to Dr Manushi Chhillar after three years when I will complete my medical studies,” she said.
