Bollywood actor Tanushree Dutta on Wednesday filed an FIR with the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai against Nana Patekar and Ganesh Acharya. The filed complaint comes after she had earlier stated that they had sexually harassed her on the sets of Horn Ok Please in 2008 and a case has also been registered against director Rakesh Sarang and producer Samee Siddiqui.

Tanushree’s lawyer Nitin Satpute revealing details of the statement, in an interview, said that the complaint has been recorded in English rather than Marathi so that the information does not get distorted like it had happened the first time. Satpute had earlier also submitted a 40-page document about the incident to the Mumbai police and the State Women’s Commission. This is not the first time an FIR has been filed for the case; in 2008, Tanushree’s father Tapan Dutta had filed a case after her car was attacked while leaving the sets of Horn Ok Please, however, there was no outcome for the case.

Ever since Tanushree Dutta alleged that Nana Patekar had assaulted her, there have been many celebrities who came out in support of her including Priyanka Chopra, Twinkle Khanna and more. However, she slammed Priyanka Chopra for calling her a survivor and said she is not just a survivor but has a true story to tell for all women to know. She went on to criticise Twinkle Khanna asking her why her husband Akshay Kumar was still working with Nana Patekar. Recently, Farah Khan posted a picture with Nana Patekar, and Tanushree said she should have shame for supporting an actor who has harassed her.
