It isn’t unknown that Twinkle Khanna is quite funny on Twitter, however, though she’s always wanted to be a comedian, she has faced some trouble getting it through her husband and Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. The actress in a recent interview said that as much as she wants to get into stand-up, Akshay told her she should never get back to acting.
Twinkle Khanna said Akshay Kumar has told her two things - one is to never act again because she is terrible at it and also told her to never pursue stand-up comedy for the same reason. While the actor-turned-author is popularly known as Mrs Funnybones on Twitter, she said it comes naturally to her because all of what she says is real and she does not have to be funny for all her followers. She also went on to add that most people don’t expect women to say politically incorrect things because only men say it.
Twinkle Khanna recently released her third book called Pyjamas Are Forgiving and is already busy writing her fourth book. Her earlier two books were Mrs Funnybones and The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad.
