Bollywood actor Sanya Malhotra is busy getting ready for the release of Pataakha and this is only the second after Dangal, from two years ago. The actress said after Dangal, Aamir Khan told Fatima and her to not do more than two films a year, maybe because it would get a little too much; however when he got to know she has signed three films, he was shocked.
According to a media report, Sanya said she is not rushing to do films as she is waiting for the right film to come to her and not just any movie where she is just there in it. She went on to add that she is not chasing stardom but is looking to do good films and it is okay if that takes time and the actress is also happy that she is not famous. However, the Dangal actress went on to add that her life has changed after the film and become much easier. Interestingly, at one point the actress did not have money, and no films but now it is changing for her in a good way. The actress went on to state that she does not need to prove anything to anybody.
The actress has two upcoming films, apart from Pataakha. While the first one is Ritesh Batra’s Photograph, which also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Badhaai Ho, with Ayushmann Khurrana. Pataakha will see the actor play one part of two warring sisters, while the other is played by Radhika Madan, in the film which is set to release on September 28.
