After the success of Dhadak, Bollywood actor Janhvi Kapoor is busy with her next untitled film based on IAF’s female combat pilot Gunjan Saxena, who took part in the 1999 Kargil War. Being born into the Kapoor family, she has definitely seen fame long before she started acting because of her parents Boney Kapoor and Sridevi. However, the actor, in a recent interview, revealed that it is her films which are more important and matter to her than the fame she has already acquired.

Janhvi said fame is important for every actor but whatever she has earned is all because of her family, since her childhood. However, after Dhadak, she has been recognised more for the film and she is very grateful for the love and support that she has received from fans. In the same interview, Janhvi also said she is looking forward to Kalank, a film in which Sridevi had to be replaced by Madhuri Dixit, after her untimely death. The actor also added that the teaser and the poster for every character look really beautiful so she is quite excited to see the film.

After the untitled biopic, Janhvi is set to work on Karan Johar’s Takht, which will see Vicky Kaushal, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. The actor made her debut with Ishaan Khatter in the 2018 film Dhadak, a remake of the Marathi film Sairat, and it turned out to be quite a hit.
