Chiranjeevi’s much-awaited Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy trailer is finally out and we can’t keep calm!
The three-minute-long video features the Megastar fighting for freedom from Britishers. It opens with an introduction to Narasimha Reddy, one of the first few freedom fighters. Packed with action and powerful dialogues - one where Chiranjeevi says: “We are born on this land. And We will die on this land. Why should we pay tax to you?” - the film looks promising with a stellar cast.
The trailer also features Amitabh Bachchan, Kiccha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi and Tamannaah. Directed by Surrender Reddy, the film is based on the life of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. Nayanthara plays the wife of Narasimha in the film, while Amitabh will be seen as his mentor.
The film, touted to be made on a grand scale of Rs 200 crore, hits the screens on October 2. The period drama is being produced by Chiranjeevi's son and actor Ram Charan Tej.
