A few months after Katrina Kaif was first quizzed about whether her role in Aanand L Rai’s Bollywood film Zero was based on her real story with Ranbir Kapoor, she has opened up about the relationship. In a recent interview, Katrina said that almost all her work has something related to a personal experience in her life. Interestingly, this is the first time that she has hinted that it may have been about her relationship with Ranbir and there seems to be some truth in it.

Talking about her breakup with Ranbir, Katrina said she had to break before she could proceed to rebuild herself as she had to feel everything that had happened. However, the actor revealed that she also took responsibility for her part in the relationship and thought about what she could have done better but also accept the parts she wasn’t responsible for. However, the Bharat actor said the one thought that helped her through her lowest is when her mother said many women and girls go through the same thing, and while Katrina feels she is alone she is actually not.

While she has had her share of breakups, the 35-year-old actor said it is beautiful to be in a relationship but people must not lose their identity at the cost of anything in their life. On the film front, while Katrina Kaif will be seen in Bharat with Salman Khan, she has also started filming for Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi with Akshay Kumar.
